About Us
Baseball is in our blood
The NEA Wildcats are a premier, family-owned baseball program based in southern New Hampshire, dedicated to developing elite athletes and outstanding individuals. Founded by former MLB pitcher Jay Yennaco and co-owned with his wife, Nicki Yennaco, the program reflects their shared passion for the game and its impact on young athletes. Jay brings professional experience and leadership to the program, while Nicki manages all financial aspects of the organization.
As a true family endeavor, the Wildcats benefit from the expertise and dedication of the entire Yennaco family. Jay’s son, Cole Yennaco, leads the strength and conditioning program, helping athletes build the physical foundation necessary for peak performance. Jay’s brother, Bruce Yennaco, serves as the Director of Coaching Development, bringing decades of coaching experience to mentor and support our coaching staff.
Enhancing our leadership team, Rick Brenner, a seasoned sports executive with over 30 years in the industry, serves as our Director of Operations. Rick's extensive background includes serving as President of the New Hampshire Fisher Cats and being named Eastern League Executive of the Year twice. His expertise in sports management and operations brings a wealth of knowledge to our organization.
At NEA, we believe that baseball is about more than just competition—it's about character, growth, and preparing for the next level, whether on the field or in life. Our teams compete in top-tier tournaments and leagues, providing players with exposure, development, and lifelong connections.
Join the NEA Wildcats and become part of a tradition of excellence, family values, and a relentless pursuit of improvement.
