Coach Paul Lescovitz
Assistant Coach | 2026 15U American
Paul Lescovitz joins the NEA Wildcats 15U American coaching staff for his first season, bringing a player-first mindset and a strong foundation in the game. Paul grew up playing baseball from ages 10–18, competing on various recreational teams as well as through middle school and all four years at Pinkerton Academy.
As a coach, Paul holds high standards while prioritizing the individual athlete. He focuses on daily habits, accountability, and consistent growth—believing that strong relationships and trust allow players to perform at their best when it matters most. His approach emphasizes solid fundamentals, purposeful repetition, and helping players understand how practice translates to real game situations.
Paul finds coaching rewarding because baseball blends teaching, strategy, and relationships. He especially enjoys watching players develop skills, gain confidence, and learn how to respond to failure—an essential part of both the sport and life.
Outside of baseball, Paul enjoys skiing and hiking, going to the gym daily, and spending time with his parents and sisters. He also loves traveling and has visited seven countries since the age of 19.
