Coach Stephen Salvador

Stephen Salvador brings a strong passion for the game and a player-first mindset to the NEA Wildcats 14U team. After playing AAU baseball for nine years, Stephen transitioned into coaching and quickly discovered a new love for the game—helping athletes grow on and off the field.

As a coach, Stephen emphasizes adaptability. He understands that no two athletes learn the same way and tailors his approach to meet each player's unique needs. Drawing on his own playing experience, he focuses on fundamentals, effort, and mindset—believing that being a good teammate and maintaining a positive attitude can make a major impact over the course of a season.

Off the field, Stephen enjoys golfing, staying active through fitness, and watching Formula 1 racing. Fun fact: he’s a twin!
